Indoor Wi-Fi at a second building using your existing network

Extend Starlink, NBN or another existing internet connection to a shed, granny flat, office or secondary building up to 3 km away, then provide fast indoor Wi-Fi 7 at the remote building.

Choose this kit when: you want the second building to remain on the same network as the main property. The included UniFi U7 Pro provides indoor Wi-Fi coverage but does not create a separate routed network. If the second building needs its own router and separate Wi-Fi network, choose our Separate Wi-Fi Router Kit instead.

Potential link speed

Up to approximately 450+ Mbps total wireless link throughput under ideal conditions. This is the potential speed of the building-to-building bridge, not a guaranteed internet speed. Actual throughput depends on distance, clear line of sight, radio alignment, channel width, interference, your internet plan and connected devices.

How it works

  1. An airMAX radio at the main building sends your internet connection across the wireless bridge.
  2. A second airMAX radio receives the connection at the remote building.
  3. A UniFi U7 Pro provides Wi-Fi 7 coverage throughout the indoor space.

Choose your bridge radio

LiteBeam 5AC Gen2 (value) is lightweight and cost-effective for shorter or easier links. PowerBeam 5AC Gen2 (long-range) uses a higher-gain dish for stronger performance at distance. For links beyond 3 km, ask about our LiteBeam 5AC-LR or PowerBeam 620 options.

Choose Supply only for equipment ready for you or your installer to mount and configure. Choose Pre-configured & tested and our technicians will pair, secure and bench-test the complete link before dispatch using Ubiquiti best-practice settings and the maximum legal Australian (ACMA) transmit power.
